Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on SolarBaazaar.com. We follow a transparent process for returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds.

Report eligible return or replacement issues within 7 days of delivery.

2) 5–7 Business Days

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

3) Gateway Charges

Cancellation refunds may deduct 1% to 2.2% gateway charges.

4) UPI Advantage

UPI payments ge]nerally incur zero gateway charges.

01. Return Policy

At SolarBaazaar.com, every product is sourced from trusted manufacturers and checked before dispatch. You may request a replacement or refund if the product received is:

Damaged during transit

Defective or non-functional

Different from the item ordered

Not matching website specifications

Customers must report such issues within 7 days of delivery. Refund or replacement requests will be approved only after the product is received and inspected at SolarBaazaar.com’s warehouse.

02. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or due to non-availability of the product.

In case of order cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or due to product non-availability, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (1% to 2.2% of the transaction value), depending on the payment method used. These charges are levied by the payment processor and are non-refundable to SolarBaazaar.com.

The remaining refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval of the cancellation request.

UPI Payment Benefit

UPI payments generally incur zero payment gateway charges and are fully refundable in case of cancellation, subject to approval as per this policy.

If the order has already been delivered, the product must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, invoices, and documentation. Once received and inspected, the applicable refund will be initiated.

04. Return & Replacement Guidelines

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, invoices, warranty cards, labels, and tags must be included.

Replacement is available only for the same product originally ordered.

Exchange with a different product is not permitted.

Returns are not accepted for used, installed, damaged, or altered products.

Complimentary gifts received with an order must also be returned.

Certain product categories may be non-returnable due to manufacturer restrictions.

05. Refunds for Incorrect or Undelivered Orders

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

An incorrect product has been delivered.

The product significantly differs from its description.

The order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the payment method used and subject to the cancellation terms stated above.
